NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Corgi registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment.This Fire should not be installed in a room smaller than 30m^³ with built in ventilation of at least 100cm^² and an openable window. Also note that this fire cannot be installed in a bathroom or bedroom. This has a standard cut out of between 656 - 610 high and 440 - 520 wide, and includes the fire shown. We can supply most other fires from the burley range but please see the manufacturers website for further details about sizes and suitability. NOTE: All the above sizes are in millimetres (mm), imperial sizes are rounded up to the nearest inch and the rebate is the depth within the surround. This fireplace is made from MDF with a wood effect veneered finish and is only suitable for gas or electric fires and cannot be used with a real solid fuel. The inside of the glass may also require cleaning from time to time due to condensation that may form on the inside of the glass. Please be aware that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visible on a pebble, driftwood or light coloured fuel effect. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear.
