NOTE: This electric product requires a 13amp socket to plug into on installation, and the heat is provided by a fan heater under the fire as shown in the picture above. This product is made from MDF with a painted finish. This product can easily be installed by a qualified Electrician or competent Builder of Tradesperson. This has a standard cut out of between 656 - 610 high and 440 - 520 wide, and includes the fire shown. We can supply most other fires from the burley range but please see the manufacturers website for further details about sizes and suitability. NOTE: All the above sizes are in millimetres (mm), imperial sizes are rounded up to the nearest inch and the rebate is the depth within the surround. This fireplace is made from MDF with a wood effect veneered finish and is only suitable for gas or electric fires and cannot be used with a real solid fuel.
