The delivery service offered on this product is based on a one man only delivery. Due to the nature and weight of this product, you will need to arrange additional assistance to offload the goods from the vehicle when it arrives at your premises. Please ensure you have a survey carried out by a qualified Corgi registered gas installer to ensure the compatibility of your proposed location for installation of this stove before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. Gazco standard remote control option allows the flame height to vary between high and low from your armchair once the pilot has been ignited manually. Whereas the thermostatic remote offers all the same benefits as the standard remote control, you also have the added benefit of being able to programme the stove to switch itself on and off twice a day and to heat the room to the temperature you select. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the stove may become marked over time through general wear and tear which is quite normal and to be expected. The inside of the glass may also require cleaning from time to time due to condensation that may form on the inside of the glass. NOTE Reccomended clearance distances between the stove and other surfaces are: top 8" (200mm) sides 2" (50mm) rear 2" (50mm). The Riva Nemos has a top flue exit only and comes complete with a standard Anthracite flue up & out kit comprising of 1 x 198mm straight, 1 500mm terminal length and 1 x 90 degree bend. Optional extra's include flue pipe in either Anthracite or Stainless Steel or a terminal guard (Required if installed below 2 metres from the ground) available on request.
