Details Traditional Balanced Flue Gas Fire Flue No chimney or flue required as this fire is a balanced flue gas fire which vents horizontally directly through an external wall. Ventilation An air vent is not normally required

NOTE: Please note that all the above sizes are in millimetres (mm). NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Corgi registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your room with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. Note May be fitted flush into a cavity wall with at least 70mm cavity (depending on wall construction) or with optional 1m flue lengths it may be fitted into a disused chimney breast. 2 x 100mm holes required in wall. May be installed in combustible walls following special instructions supplied. The inside of the glass may also require cleaning from time to time due to condensation that may form on the inside of the glass. Please be aware that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visible on a pebble, driftwood or light coloured fuel effect. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear. This fire does not require any electrical supply, but it may require a deep rebated fire surround / mantelpiece subject to the amount of depth you have within your external wall together with either a natural gas or liquid propane supply.
