NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your room and intended location with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. The wall thickness must be a minimum of 100mm or a maximum of 500mm. When mounting this fire on the wall there must be a minimum distance of 150mm between the underside of the product and the floor with a minimum distance of 460mm from the top of the product to the ceiling. As with all balanced flue gas fires the glass may have condensation marks appear on the inside of the glass from time to time which is quite normal and to be expected. Simply remove the glass periodically and clean the glass with a suitable glass cleaner, allow to dry thouroughly and replace accordingly. The Gazco remote control included with this fire allows the flame height to vary between high and low from your armchair and has a fully automatic lighting sequence so there is no need to have a standing pilot as the fire will light directly from the handset. This unique remote also has a thermostatic option which enables you to heat the room to the desired temperature you select.
